Right to Repair -
In accordance with Quebec law, Kia strives to accommodate your vehicle repair and maintenance needs. However, please note that Kia does not guarantee the availability of replacement parts, services, or information necessary for the maintenance or repair of your vehicle or its components.

Important Notice Regarding the Right to Repair in Quebec
The Consumer Protection Act requires that all merchants inform you, before the conclusion of the contract, of the availability of spare parts, repair services, and the technical information necessary for the maintenance and repair of the vehicle you are purchasing. Therefore:
IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT Kia des Laurentides offers no guarantee for the availability of any of the following:
• Spare parts for all its new and used vehicles sold;
• Repair services;
• The information necessary for the maintenance or repair of all its vehicles sold.
This notice does not limit the manufacturer's warranty offered with the purchase of a vehicle, subject to the future availability of replacement parts, repair services, or information necessary for the maintenance or repair of the vehicle or its components.
